The showroom is an on-demand website service that lets you easily distribute your content to your target audience without any integration. This approach is integration-free and lightweight, making it an easy and hassle-free option.

To have a convenient showroom, you do not need to take any action because we will prepare it for you once you create your content. In other words, the showroom will automatically be created based on your configurations in the settings page such as interaction, security, and player.

If you enable token access, your audience must have the access code first, which allows you to prevent illegal content distribution.

This article details instructions on how to customize your showroom and implement access codes (tokens) if needed.

Access codes

As shown in the image below, after you create a piece of content, you can see the “Access code” section displayed in the “Showroom” tab of the settings page for your content.

• Note: This section will only be available for content with Visibility settings set as “Token” in “Security” tab. 

  

You can input the amount of access codes needed and press the “Generate” button to generate codes. The first 5 access codes will be displayed while the others can be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking on the “Download All Codes” button.

Note:

• If you want to generate more access codes, you only need to input the additional number rather than the new total amount.
• The maximum cumulative amount of access codes is 1,000. If you need more than 1,000, please contact us.
• Another path to generate Tokens: Click the share icon on live event list or in the control room

Customize your showroom

If you want to make the showroom better match your website, you can customize the color of the background and buttons on the page. 

Configurations can be edited in the “Showroom” tab when you create new content or edit the settings of a piece of content, even if your content has already been published. However, if modified, viewers who are already in the showroom have to refresh their browsers to see the updated version of the showroom.

Customization has to be enabled in order for the configurations to be edited. The showroom can be divided into two parts:

• Login page
• Main page

Login page

The login page is an entry page that prompts your audience to enter the nickname they want and input an access code if you have enabled the token mechanism. 

• Logo: 
  • Supported formats: png/jpg/jpeg. 
  • File size: < 3MB. 
  • Best size: 216*64 px. (Height: ≤ 64 px.)
• Slogan Text: max 40 characters 
• Slogan Text Color: use the built-in color picker or input the RGB code 
• Enabled Button Color: use the built-in color picker or input the RGB code
• Background Color: use the built-in color picker or input the RGB code 
• Preview: preview your design or make adjustments before pressing the “Save” button to save your configurations.

Main page

The main Page is the page that displays the player as well as the main title, slogan, and description.

• Logo: 
  • Supported formats: png/jpg/jpeg. 
  • File size: < 3MB. 
  • Best size: 150*88 px. (Height: ≤ 88 px.)
• Title: max 60 characters 
• Description: max 600 characters 
• Title Font Color: use the built-in color picker or input the RGB code 
• Description Font Color: use the built-in color picker or input the RGB code 
• Background Color: use the built-in color picker or input the RGB code 
• Preview: preview your design or make adjustments before pressing the “Save” button to save your configurations.
