Analytics module in Reseller organization provides the visualized charts with filters for effortless performance analysis and audience trend assessment.

Access the Analytics module in Reseller organization
You can access Analytics module through the “Analytics” item from the left sidebar on the BlendVision web console.
Analytics for Stream
Overall filters
On the top of Analytics page, you can set up the filters to control the data display on visualized graphics for Stream:
- Organization: clicking the dropdown menu to select and filter the sub-organizations.
- Streaming Type: clicking the dropdown menu to select and filter the streaming type of your content from All, Livestream, VOD and AOD.

Time Range: clicking the dropdown menu to select and filter the target time range likes below:
- Last N days: select from 7 days, 28 days, 90 days and 365 days.
- Custom: set up the start date and end date you preferred.
Note: All of your data will be displayed in accordance with the UTC time zone indicated on the right-hand side of the page.
Performance
In Performance section, you can assess the amount and trend of your performance metrics using the provided line charts and breakdown proportion.
Filters of Devices and Geo-Region
You can set up the filters to control the data display on both line chart and proportion.
- Devices: clicking the dropdown menu to select and filter the type of device used by your viewers to watch your content.
- Geo-Region: clicking the dropdown menu to select and filter the country where your viewers are located when watching your content.
Time series chart
Metrics
You can easily check the total amount of each metrics within the selected time range, and switch the chart by pressing each metric shown on the performance chart:
Metrics | Definition |
Playback Count | The amount of playback of your content. |
Playback Time |
The estimated amount of time that users watched your content. Note: Due to possible network latency when sendbacking logs, there may be 13 seconds of latency at most for each view. |
Unique Users | The estimated number of individuals who watched your content by counting all unique device IDs. |
Avg. Playback Hour |
The estimated average hours watched per view (total playback counts / total counts of playback). |
Avg. Playback Count |
The estimated average counts per user (total playback counts / unique users within a selected time range). |
Chart display
You can quickly switch the chart’s time interval and type by pressing the dropdown menu shown on the upper right side of the line chart.
- Select the left drop-down menu to switch between chart views: Hour, Day, Month, Quarter, and Year.
- Click on the right drop-down menu to switch between the dimensions: Streaming Type, Device, Geo-Region, and Business(=sub-organization).
Line chat
You can check the details and trends of lines with the following actions:
- Hover over the data points to get detailed information.
- Hover on the legend to the highlight/dilute the corresponding line.
- Click the legend to display/hide the corresponding line.
Pie chart
You can check the different types of pie charts for your performance metrics in different dimensions.
Dimension | Definition |
Streaming Type | The type of your content. |
Device Type | The type of device used by your viewers who watched your content. |
Geo-Region | The country where your viewers are located when watching your content. |
Metrics
Press the dropdown menu shown on the upper right side of the pie chart to switch the data calculated based on the metrics between Playback Count and Playback Time:
Proportion chart
You can check the details and percentages on the proportion chart with following actions:
- Hover over the slice to get detailed information.
- Click the slice to pin/unpin the metric and their values.
Usage
In Usage section, you can assess the amount and trend of your usage metrics using the provided line charts.
Note: These consumption history records are for reference only. For the actual billed data, please check Organization > Billing.
Metrics

CDN | The CDN usage by GB. |
Storage | The storage consumption by GB. |
Encoding | The encoding usage by GB. |
Livestream | The livestream duration by hours. |
DRM Request | The DRM requests by times. |
Instant Audio Encoding Request | The audio file encoding requests by times. |
Player License | The player license key requests by times. |
Chart Display

- Select the right drop-down menu to switch between dimensions: Default (=type), and Business(=sub-organization).

Bot | The amount of Ready unique bot (Bot ID) counting consumption. |
Source Characters | The count of Source characters. |
Stored Characters | The count of Stored characters. |
Storage | The count of storage consumption by GB. |
Auto-generated Transcription | The consumption with the length of the Source files multiplied by the number of audio tracks by hours. |
AI Insight | The consumption with the length of videos used for auto-tagging. |
