This article introduces the steps on managing the sub-organization and their subscribed plan under the reseller organization.

Access the Sub-Org List in the Organization module
You can access the Sub-Org List of the Organization module by following the steps below:
- Click “Organization” on the sidebar to open the drop-down menu on the BlendVision web console.
- Press on “Sub-Orgs” displayed on the sidebar to access the Sub-Org List page.
Manage sub-organizations under this reseller organization
In the Sub-Orgs page, you can easily add, delete, and edit their detailed information of each sub-organization through a centralized list.

Add new sub-organization to the reseller organization
To add new sub-organization, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the “Add Sub-Org” button on the upper-right side of the Sub-Orgs page to create new sub-organization.
2. Enter the necessary information into the fields of the dialog window, then press the “Add Sub-Org” button to send an invitation mail to the owner.
- Sub-org name: the display name of the new sub-organization. (Max: 40 characters)
- Append to: the higher-level organization of the new sub-organization. Default will be your reseller organization.
- Sub-org Type: please select “Business”
- Pricing Plan: select the pricing plan to the new sub-organization. Refer to <Plan Management for Reseller> to get more details on managing pricing plans.
- Valid start date: fill in the start date when the subscription contract will be valid.
- Cycle: fill in the number of billing cycles (by month) for the contract.
- Owner email: fill in the owner’s email address. The owner will receive the invitation mail and be allowed to sign in BlendVision to manage the new sub-organization.
- (Optional) Sub-org description: fill in the description of the new sub-organization.
3. After the invitation is sent, you can confirm the new organization’s information and status in the Sub-Org List.
- The sub-organization’s status will display “Verifying” until the owner passes the email verification.
- Owner has to complete the verification steps and register their account within 24 hours of the invitation. the status shown in the list will change to "Failed to Verify" if verification is not completed after the period expires.
- When the validation period expires, you can change the owner or resend the invitation for validation. Please refer to the following section for the detailed steps of resending the invitation mail.
Edit the subscription information of each sub-organizations
To edit information or resend invitation mail for each sub-organization, please follow the steps below:
1. Find the sub-organization that you want to edit from the Sub-Org List. You can access the sub-org editing page in two ways:
- Click the Edit icon on the right side of the selected sub-organization:
- Click on the selected sub-organization to open the detailed window, then press the “Edit” button shown in the window:

2. Then you can edit the information in the sub-organization editing page then press “Save” button to submit the editing result:
Sub-Organization (Verifying)
For the sub-organization status is “Verifying”, you can only press “Reset” button to change the owner email or resend the invitation email to the owner.
Sub-Organization (Verified)
For the sub-organization is verified by owner , you can edit or manage the sub-organization as below:
- Press “Schedule New Plan” button to amend the information (reseller, pricing plan, valid date of contract) and click “Add”
- Press “Switch” button to change the owner of the sub-organization and send the invitation email again.
(After changing, the new owner also has to pass the email verification) - Edit the Description field for the sub-organization.
- Press “Deactivate” or “Activate” button to manage the status of the sub-organization.
Delete sub-organizations from the reseller organization
To delete an sub-organization, please follow the steps below:
1. Find the sub-organization that you want to delete from the Sub-Org List. You can access the sub-org editing page by two ways:
- Click the Edit icon on the right side of the selected sub-organization:
- Click on the selected sub-organization to open the details window, then press the “Edit” button shown in the window:
2. Press the “Delete” button to delete the sub-organization:
Note: the “Delete” button only be available when the sub-organization is deactivated.
3. A confirmation window will pop-up. Type “DELETE” then press the “Delete” button to delete the sub-org.
Note: please confirm that sub-organization won’t be used anymore. it cannot be recovered or re-used anymore after deletion.
4. After deleting, you will be redirected to the Sub-Orgs page and a notification will be displayed. You can still confirm the deleted sub-organization in the Sub-Org list and the status will shown as “deleting”
