How do I check the registration progress of invited users?

Admins can check a user's registration progress from the user list ([Organization] > [Users]) on the web console.

Registration complete users: will be listed on the user list as "Active".

Registration incomplete users: when opening [Invite list] from the top-right, each incomplete user will be listed with their current status.

If the verification period expires, please request an admin to resend the invitation.

Status:

Verifying: the user is awaiting registration.
Failed to Verify：the user has failed to register within the 24 hour verification period.
