It is possible that the URL has been broken. In such cases, the following error will be displayed:

"Error: The token used for playback is not valid. Please provide a valid token to proceed."

There is a chance that the pasted URL may not have been pasted in pull due to a character limit from the chat service.

Some BlendVision URLs can be quite long and may not paste properly depending on the method of delivery.

In this case, please ensure that the URL is pasted in full. In cases where this is not possible, please consider using a delivery method (ie. email, text files) to deliver the link to your audience.
