To ensure a smooth VOD file upload process, we recommend the following measures:

• Upload files by dragging and dropping them into the browser: This issue is limited to the "Select files" button operation, and drag-and-drop functionality is not affected.
• Update your Chrome browser to the latest version: Go to Chrome Settings > About Google Chrome to check for and install any available updates.
• If the problem persists, try using a different browser: BlendVision also supports the latest versions of browsers such as Firefox and Safari, which have been tested and are working normally.
