BlendVision AiM provides multiple ways for building up customer experience management service. Content permission management is used to control the access limitation of each content for specific users/groups in the same organization.
This article details how to manage each content permission for all of your organization's contents.
Content Permission Management
Content creator (Owner) can share the individual content with the users by clicking icon.
Permission: The default setting is “Only You”, which is only visible by the content creator.
You can grant the access permissions of each content to the users or specific people/groups in the organization.
Global Access Permission
You can grant each content’s all/partial permission from dropdown menu of Global Access Permission via the 5 permission types listed below:
Note: The organization’s super admin has Power Editor's ACL of the content in default and cannot be modified.

Specific User Access Permission
You can grant the individual content permission to specific users or groups by adding them to the Specific User Access Permission list with appropriate permission types as well.
Content permission shall follow the higher access rights when the users or groups are included in both Global Access Permission and Specific User Access Permission list.
Owner Access Permission
The owner’s (content creator) access permissions can be modified as well.
Some roles in the organization have the rights to modify the access permission. If you would like to know what Role has the rights to modify the access permission in the organization, please refer to “Organization > Users” section.
