This article details how to search the information you want via AiSK and Search bar in your organization from the BlendVision AiM service.

How to Enable AiSK & Search

1. In our service, you can find AiSK & Search bar at the bottom of each page, as a minimized size.

2. Hover over the bar, the hint message “Open AiSK & Search” will be displayed.

3. Click the bar to expand it and start asking questions. Once you finish your search, you can click the Arrow button at the right side to minimize the search bar.  

Ask questions via AiSK 

In the Ai mode, you can ask a question in the bar and click the “Send” icon to trigger AiSK service. 

After a short processing time, the generated result will be displayed on the page. 

Note: If you click the button at the upper right corner when AiSK is processing, the alert message will be displayed as below.

• Sources: The total number of items in this organization will be displayed. The file name and file type also will be shown. Click the item to go to the detailed page. 

• Answers: The related text and video answers for your question will be provided.

• • Click button to open the video page. 
  • Click button to switch the videos when there is more than one video.

• Clips: The related clips of the question will be extracted. 

• • The total number of clips, videos and audios will be displayed.
  • Video/audio name will be displayed.
  • Click the clip and the player will jump to the timestamp you select.  

Note: If you click the button at the upper right corner, the answer will be closed and go back to the previous page.  

Besides, when you continue to ask further questions in the same session without clicking the remove button, the answer to the new question will respond in correspondence with the previous questions and answers. The later question and answer will be displayed under the previous one. 

Search knowledge by Keyword

You can also search the information through keywords.

1. Toggle the button to the right side. 

2. Fill in the keyword you want to search in the search bar, sort the type, and click the send button to start your search.

• Explore: Fill in keywords to search the related contents based on our AI analytics to find out the suitable results for your preference. 

You can also narrow your search results by:

• • Source: Uploaded/Licensed content
  • Content/Space
  • Type: Program/Video/Audio/Article/Document File/Form
  • Sort: Most Relevant/Updated time

• Media Segment: Search keywords based on the media transcripts. The result will be displayed as media clips.

• Doc File Segment: Search keywords based on the document files.
