Manage Contents in Knowledge Hub

This article details how to search contents in “Knowledge Hub” section from the BlendVision AiM service.

Before we start

Before searching contents in knowledge hub, you should create different types of content in our service. 

If you would like to know how to create content from different types of documentation, please refer to the Content section for more details.

  1. Once a content has been created, you can search and edit the content from “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.

 

  1. You can filter the content by Types or Labels from the drop-down menu, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.

 

  1. Click the content, you can confirm the created content’s basic information as below:

  • Title Name
  • Media duration
  • Content created time
  • File types
  • Click to add the content to “My Collection” section on Home page
  • Click to create task (As default, the content will be included to the task) 

4. Click the thumbnail to confirm the detailed page of the content.
