Platform Overview

BlendVision AiM provides visualized charts and data for platform overall usage and user trend analysis.

This article details how to confirm the data and utilize filters to analyze content and user performance.

Confirm platform overview

Click the “Analytics” icon on the left sidebar, and click Platform Overview to access the platform overview page.

On the top of Platform Overview page, you can set up time filters to narrow the data displayed on each platform.

Time Range: select and filter the time range
- Last N days: select from 7, 28, 90, and 365 days
- Custom: set a custom start date and end date

Note: All data is displayed in UTC

Last Updated: the latest date and time when the data on AiM service was updated, and all the data will be updated every hour.

Tab items are anchors. Click tab anchors view to its corresponding section.

You can confirm user behavior and device information with the following metrics within the selected time range:

Daily User Access Count: The list of daily users and access count. Hover over data points to get detailed information.

User Access Time Distribution: The table of user access time distribution. Hover over data blocks to get detailed information.

Top Engaged Users: List the name and platform access count of the most engaged users. Click each user to access the user profile information.

Engaged User Profile: Confirm engaged user profile by different types of pie charts

Device Distribution: Confirm different device types and distribution on pie chart

You can switch the source type by pressing the drop-down menu on the upper right side of the Content section: All, Licensed, and Org.

You can confirm each content’s information with the following metrics within the selected time range:

Content list (Video/Audio/Article/Document/Form): Hover to confirm the amount of your content, content views and viewers.

Top Visited Content: The most visited content information. Click content to access the content’s detailed page.

The amount of tags within the content will be listed at the bottom, and If the width exceeds container width, tag will overflow with a scrollbar.

You can switch the source type by pressing the drop-down menu on the upper right side of the Program section: All, Licensed, and Org.

You can confirm each content’s information with the following metrics within the selected time range:

Program: Hover to confirm the amount of your programs
Completed: Hover to confirm the amount of completed program and the users who complete the program
Certificate Earned: Hover to confirm the amount of certificate and the users who earned the certificate

Top Completed Programs: You can confirm the most engaged completed program information

Program Label Distribution: You can confirm the label distribution of your completed program with octalysis framework by all or specific users

Auto: Display 8 most frequently appeared labels from user's completed programs
Preset: English/Chinese/Japanese

Custom: Select up to 8 labels in all programs. (Chinese and Japanese preset labels are also available in this list.)

You can switch the source type by pressing the drop-down menu on the upper right side of the Space section: All, Licensed, and Org.

You can confirm space information with the following metrics within the selected time range:

Top Followed Spaces: The space information with most followers. Click space to access space’s detailed page

You can confirm search information with the following metrics within the selected time range:

Search: Hover to confirm the search count and amount of users who searched
Click from Search: Hover to confirm the click count and amount of users who clicked search results

Top Search Results: You can confirm the top search results information

You can confirm AiSK information with the following metrics within the selected time range:

Request: Hover to confirm the request count and amount of users who used AiSK
Click from Citation: Hover to confirm the citation count and amount of users who clicked citations
