BlendVision AiM provides personal activities trend analysis.

This article details how to confirm the data and utilize filters to analyze content and user performance.

Confirm my activities

  1. Click the “Analytics” icon on the left sidebar, and click My Activities to access my activities page. 

 

 

  • Since: the date you started use this organization

Note: All data is displayed in UTC

  • Last Updated: the latest date and time when the data on AiM service was updated, and all the data will be updated every hour.

    

  • : User profile image
  • : User display name
  • : The description is the engagement rate compared to other users in your organization
  • : Certificate badge will display the latest 3 certificates and the badge is clickable. Click the badge to access to My Certificate page

 

Content list 

The number displayed on the block means the amount of completed program, and the view count of video, audio, article or document.

  • Click to expand each content list and confirm the content information
  • Click again to deselect and collapse the list

 

You can set up filters to narrow the data displayed on each platform.

  • Time Range: select and filter the time range
    • All time: the whole period
    • Last N days: select from 7, 28, 90, and 365 days.
    • Custom: set a custom start date and end date

      Note: All data is displayed in UTC

  • Source: switch the source type
    • All
    • Licensed
    • Org

Program

You can confirm the information of the programs you have completed. On the top of the list summarizes all completed programs.

List item

  • Name: The name of your completed program
  • Labels: The labels in the completed program
  • Duration: The duration of the completed program
  • Avg. Quiz Score: Your average quiz score of the completed program
  • Completed Time: The date and time you completed the program

 

Video

You can confirm the information of the videos you have viewed. 

Item list

  • Name: The name of the video you have viewed
  • Visit Count: The visit count of the video
  • Playback Count: The playback count of the video
  • Total Playback Time: The total playback time of the video
  • Completion Rate: The completion percentage of the video
  • Last Activity: The last time you accessed the video

Audio

You can confirm the information of the audios you have listened to. 

Item list

  • Name: The name of the audio you have listened to
  • Visit Count: The visit count of the audio
  • Playback Count: The playback count of the audio
  • Total Playback Time: The total playback time of the audio
  • Completion Rate: The completion percentage of the audio
  • Last Activity: The last time you accessed the audio

 

Article

You can confirm the information of the articles you have viewed. 

Item list

  • Name: The name of the article you have viewed
  • Visit Count: The visit count of the article
  • Completion Rate: The completion percentage of the article
  • Last Activity: The last time you accessed the article

Document

You can confirm the information of the documents you have viewed. 

Item list

  • Name: The name of the document you have viewed
  • Visit Count: The visit count of the document
  • Last Activity: The last time you visited the document

 

Program Label Disbribution

You can confirm the label distribution of your completed programs with the octalysis framework compared to different roles or others.

User profile:

  • All: All users’ label distribution (Default setting)
  • User Profile: Select the user profile from different roles
  • No one: Only display your label distribution

Labels drop-down menu:

  • Auto: Display 8 most frequently appeared labels from user's completed programs
  • Preset: English/Chinese/Japanese
    • English = Creativity > Technology > Problem Solving > Leadership > Strategy > Sustainability > Wellness > Communication
    • Chinese = 創新力 > 數位力 > 問題解決力 > 領導力 > 商業力 > ESG永續力 > 身心平衡力 > 溝通力
    • Japanese = 創造力 > デジタルスキル > 問題解決力 > リーダーシップ > ビジネス力 > ESG & サステナビリティ > ウェルビーイング > コミュニケーション
  • Custom: Select up to 8 labels in all programs. (Chinese and Japanese preset labels are also available in this list.)
