Supported Input Formats for VODs

This article details the input format limitations of source files for VOD in BlendVison One.

 

Video source formats

BlendVision One web console supports the following upload methods for VOD source files:

  • Upload files locally: upload a video file from your local device.
  • Upload from the Video Library: select an existing video file from the Video Library. The file can be a recording of a past live event or previously uploaded video.

  • Min: 128x128 pixel 
  • Max: 4K (4096x2304 pixel)
Video bitrate
  • Min: 60 Kbps
  • Max:
    • H.264: Up to 60 Mbps
    • H.265: Up to 45 Mbps
Audio codec
  • AAC-LC
  • MP3
Audio bitrate
  • Min: 24 Kbps
  • Max: 384 Kbps (AAC)

Subtitle formats

You can add up to 10 subtitles for an individual VOD by uploading the subtitle files in the following formats:
