This article details how to create media or document files from the BlendVision AiM service.
Start creating media/document files
Click the “+” button on the left sidebar, and click Content to add new Media or new Document Files
Start to upload
Upload the source files of media or document files to be added. In BlendVision AiM, we support the following input formats:

- File format : .mp4 , .mpg, .mov, .mkv, avi , .m2ts, .ts, .m4v, .mp3, .wav, .flac, .aac, .m4a
- File size: Max 70 GB

Document file
- File format : .pdf, .docx, .pptx
- File size: Max 5 GB

You can upload up to 50 media or document files.
The items on the file list:
- File: File name will follow the original uploaded file (Maximum: 100 characters)
- DRM: The default setting is off. Enable DRM to prevent screen recording, snapshots and mirroring. Please note that once the content is uploaded, DRM setting can no longer be changed. (Media only)

AI Analysis: The default setting is Disable. (Media only)
- Disable: Upload without enabling analysis result
- Enable (General): Enable to auto generate summary, transcript, clips and tags
- Enable (Meeting): Enable to auto generate meeting minutes, transcript, clips, and tags
- Watermark: Click Add to enable your custom watermark (Media only)

Permission: The default setting is “Only You”, which is only visible by the content creator. It is possible to share your content with the users by clicking
icon, where you can grant the access permissions of each content to the users or specific people/groups in the organization.

Select and upload your media and document files
Select the files to be uploaded and click Upload to add your media and document files. The progress bar will be displayed at the right bottom of the page.
After the uploads are completed, the uploaded files will be listed on “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.
When the media is encoding, the message “We are processing this media. Please check back later” will be displayed in the thumbnail.
When the upload process is completed, you can filter the content by Types or Labels from the drop-down menu on “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub”, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.
You can confirm each content’s basic information as below:

Click to add the content to “My Collection” section at Home page

Click to create task (As default, the content will be included to the task)

Uploaded Content
Media
If your content is media and the setting of AI Analysis is enabled, the summary, transcript, clips and tags will be auto-generated and displayed on the content's detailed page once the content’s upload is completed.
It is possible to edit the content of summary, key points, clips and tags after the upload is completed.
*When AI generation is in AI generation, the content editing, transcript and key points editing are disabled.
*When the media is in progress, the watermark editing is disabled.
Document Files
Viewers can confirm the content of the document file and download the file.
