Edit Media/Document Files

This article details how to edit media or document files from the BlendVision AiM service.

Before we start

Before editing media/document files, please refer to the article below:

 

Start editing media/document files

Once you upload your content, you can confirm the uploaded content (media or document files) from “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.

You can filter the content to be edited by Types or Labels from the drop down menu, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.

 

Edit Media

You can confirm the uploaded media's information. If the AI Analysis setting is enabled, you can confirm and edit the contents of auto-generated summary/meeting minutes, transcript, and clips as well. 

Click the upper-right icons to edit the contents.

  • Clickicon to create a new task (As default, the content will be included to the task) 

Please refer to Create Task for more details.

  • Clickicon to add your content to a Space
  • Clickicon to edit the contents and settings, change the permissions. The owner can delete the content.

Edit

  • Edit Content

You can edit the Page Name (default is file name), Summary title and content, and add more information by the right sidebar.

After your editing is completed, click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard. 

If the setting of AI Analysis is enabled, the editing of the summary/meeting minutes, key points and transcript will be available.

  • Edit Key Points

You can edit the content of key points here. Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard

  • Edit Transcript

You can edit the content of the transcript by different time intervals here. Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard

  • Edit Watermark

You can edit the watermark here. 

To set up watermark, please refer to Set up Watermark for more information. 

Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard

Permission

To set the media or document file’s access permission, please refer to Content Permission Management for more information.

Settings

The DRM setting cannot be edited once the content is uploaded. The AI Analysis is editable

Delete

Click Delete to delete the content. Please note the action can not be undone.

Attachment

You can add attachments for your content from your local, google drive or Explore.

 

Edit Document Files

You can confirm the uploaded document file’s information, and click the upper-right icons to edit the contents.

  • Clickicon to create a new task, please refer to Create Task section for more details
  • Clickicon to add your content to a Space

Clickicon to edit the contents and settings, change the permissions. The owner can delete the content.

Edit

You can edit the Page Name (default is file name), content permission and switch to enable/disable the download function.

After your editing is completed, click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard. 

Permission

For the details of permission management, please refer to the Content Permission Management section.

Delete

Click Delete to delete the content. Please note the action can not be undone.
