This article details how to edit an article from the BlendVision AiM service.

Before we start

Before editing an article, please refer to the article below:

Start editing an article

Once you create your article, you can confirm the article from “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.

You can filter the content by Types or Labels from the drop-down menu, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.

Edit an Article

The article can be edited from the icons at the upper right corner. 

Clickicon to create a new task (As default, the content will be included to the task)

Clickicon to edit the article, change the permissions and delete the article

• Edit 

You can change the article title and the content, highlight, quote and customized information. After your editing is completed, click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard. 

• Permission: To edit the article’s access permission, please refer to Content Permission Management for more information.
• Delete: Click Delete icon and “Delete” button to delete the article. Please note the action can not be undone.
