This article details how to edit a form from the BlendVision AiM service.

Before we start

Start editing a form

Once you create your form, you can confirm it from “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.

You can filter the content by Types or Labels from the drop-down menu, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.

Edit a form

The form can be edited from the icons at the upper right corner. 

Clickicon to create a new task (As default, the content will be included to the task)

Clickicon to edit the form, change the permissions and delete the form

• Edit 

You can change the form title and questions/answers, or add new questions under Questions section.

After your editing is completed, click Save to save the changes or Cancel to discard. 

• Permission: To edit the form’s access permission, please refer to Content Permission Management for more information.
• Delete: Click Delete icon and “Delete” button to delete the form. Please note the action can not be undone.
