Create Content from Google Drive

This article details how to create the contents uploaded from Google Drive on the BlendVision AiM service.

 

Start creating content from google drive

Click the “+” button on the left sidebar, and click Content to add a new content which can be connected with your Google Drive and choose an account to access the files. 

Select files from Google Drive

Click the files which have access right from the Google Drive and click the “Select” button to selec the files.

 

 

You can add up to 50 files with access rights from Google Drive.

The items on the file list:

  • File: File name will follow the original uploaded file 
  • AI Analysis: The default setting is Disable.  (Media only)
    • Disable: Upload without enabling analysis result
    • Enable (General): Enable to auto generate summary, transcript, clips and tags
    • Enable (Meeting): Enable to auto generate meeting minutes, transcript, clips, and tags

  • Change all AI Analysis to: Apply AI analysis to all media contents. The default setting is Disable.
  • Permission: The default setting is “Only You”, which is only visible by the content creator. It is possible to share your content with the users by clicking icon, where you can grant the access permissions of each content to the users or specific people/groups in the organization.

Select and upload your media and document files

Click “Select More Files” to select the files to be uploaded and click Upload to add your files from Google Drive. 

 

When the upload process is completed, you can filter the content by Types or Labels from the drop-down menu on “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub”, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.

 

You can confirm the created content’s basic information as below:

  • Media/document file duration
  • Content created time
  • File type
  • Click to add the content to “My Collection” section at Home page
  • Click to create task (As default, the content will be included to the task)

The types of the uploaded contents from Google Drive can be media or document files.
