A program is used to organize the related contents to build a systematic introduction or create a series of courses for users. Besides, a program can provide a certificate. You can establish the conditions for learners to obtain a certificate for your program.
This article details how to create a program on the BlendVision AiM service.
A program is suitable for
- Providing a systematic introduction or creating a series of courses
- Establishing the conditions for obtaining a certificate and providing a certificate
Start creating a program
- Click the “+” button on the left sidebar, and click Content to add a new program which you can organize and manage a set of content to share with users.
- Image: Upload the image for the program

- Media File Format: jpg, png
- Maximum File Size: 5 MB
- Label: Fill the field and press enter to add labels. Labels can be set up for management or filtering.
- Program Title (Required): The title of your program (Max:100 characters)
- Highlight: Introduce up to 3 main highlights (Max:150 characters) and detailed introduction of your program.

Author: The introduction of the program author
- Author Image: Upload the image for the author

- File Format: *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png
- Maximum File Size: 3 MB
- Author Name: The author’s name
- Author Title: The job title of the author
- Author Description: The detailed introduction of the author

- Content: Start to add all the contents you want to include in this program. To organize your program, you can arrange the levels clearly from Main Category, Subcategory, and Content.

- Add Main Category: Add the first level of the content

- Add Subcategory: Add the second level of the content

Add Content (Two ways):
- Add the preferred contents uploaded previously via entering the keywords to search the related contents

- Add new content via click “Create new content” button to create a new content

- Rating: Toggle “Show” button on to display the evaluation of the program to your users. (Default is off)

Level: Toggle “Show” button on to display the difficulty of the program to your users (Default is off). You can select among the 3 levels:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advanced
- Tags: Add the related keyword tags of the program (Max: 20 tags)

- Certificate: Toggle “Provide” button on when the program is able to provide certificate to your users (Default is off).

- Related Program: Click “Add” > “Save” button to add related programs which can provide related information.
12. Permission: Share the program to your users by clickingicon, where you can grant the access permissions to the users or specific people/groups in the organization under Specific User Access Permission.
The users’ access right is Viewer.

Publish your program
After the above steps have been completed, please click the “Publish” button on the upper-right corner to publish your program.
Once you create your program, you can confirm it from “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.
Click the content, you can confirm the created content’s basic information as below:
- Title Name

The level of the program

The sum of media duration (VOD and AOD)

Program created time
-
File types which are included in the program

Highlights of the program
-
Tags of the program

Click to add the content to “My Collection” section at Home page

Click to create task (As default, the content will be included to the task) Please refer to Create Task for more details.
