Edit a Program

This article details how to edit a program from the BlendVision AiM service.

Before we start

Before editing an article, please refer to the article below:

 

Start editing a program

Once you create your program, you can confirm the program from “Explore” > “Knowledge Hub” on the left sidebar.

You can filter the content by Types or Labels from the drop-down menu, and click the thumbnail to go to the detailed page of the content.

Edit a program

The program can be edited from the icons at the upper right corner. 

Clickicon to create a new task (As default, the content will be included to the task)

Clickicon to add your content to a Space

Click Click to add the content to “My Collection” section at Home page

Clickicon to edit the program, change the permissions, search certificate record and delete the article

  • Edit 

The following items can be edited:

    • Image
    • Label
    • Program Title (Required)
    • Highlight
    • Author    
    • Content:Main Category/Subcategory/Content

      • Dragbutton to move the order of category or content
      • Click button to remove the unwanted content

    • Rating
    • Level:Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
    • Tags
      • Dragbutton to move the order of tags
      • Click button to remove the unwanted content
      • Click “Add” button the add a new tag
    • Certification: 
      • Certificate:Theme Design/Issuer Information
      • General: Quiz Requirements for Certificate

Click the “Save” button to save the edited parts when editing is completed.  

    • Related Program: Click “Add” > “Save” button to add related programs which can provide related information. 

After your editing is completed, click the “Publish” button at the right upper corner to save the changes or “Leave” button to discard. 

  • Permission: To edit the program’s access permission, please refer to Content Permission Management for more information.
  • Certification record 
  • Delete: Click Delete icon and “Delete” button to delete the program. Please  note the action can not be undone.
