Contents on Home Page

Upon the BlendVision AiM service, at the Home page on the left sidebar, you can confirm the information of carousel banners, tasks, spaces, the content collections and assets.

Carousel Banners

You can manage carousel banners from the setting icon on the right upper side of the banner.

Task

In the Task section, you can confirm the tasks assigned from others and all the tasks you created.

My Task

The tasks assigned to you will be listed on “My Task” tab on the left sidebar by the statuses Ongoing/Scheduled/Ended.

You can have a quick check on the due date and progress of each task and confirm if the task is required on the thumbnails.

Task Assigned by Me

All the tasks you created will be listed on “Task Assigned By Me” tab on the left sidebar by the statuses Ongoing/Scheduled/Ended.

You can have a quick check on the amount of the assignee, due date and assignee’s progress of each task and confirm if the task is required on the thumbnails.

Space

In the Space section, you can confirm the spaces you have followed or highlighted spaces at the Home page.

Clickicon to expand the contents in the space.

Click icon to edit more settings.

Reorder: Click Reorder button to reorder the space in your homepage
Follow: Click to unfollow the space in your homepage
Edit: Click Edit button to edit the space information
Permission: To edit the space’s access permission, please refer to Content Permission Management for more information.
Delete: Click Delete button to delete the space
Remove Highlight: The button will be displayed on the highlighted spaces. Click this button to remove the highlight space in the homepage. (You can only remove the spaces you highlighted from homepage)
